MACHINING

Full in house machine shop.  All machined items are to a high commercial standard from fully certified materials. We offer a bespoke service to our customers should the need arise and in most cases short lead times can be met. Machining capacity can be catered for small batch work to regular large scale batch. Stock items can be kept for customers who require a regular “call off” system.  Here are some of our products that are currently manufactured for various ports around the world:

• Trolley/Gantry Wheels

• Rope Sheaves

• Twistlocks

• Gears/Sprockets

• Shafting of all description

Along with the wide range of services and professionalism that Techservices provide, they also have at their Head Office in Gateshead full Heat Treatment facilities. This service provides a fantastic, short lead time option for customers who require components to be machined and Heat Treated all under one roof.
