Man Safety Cage

All CTS (Man Safety Cages) are manufactured at our Head office in Gateshead where the appropriate man and machine power is available. We currently manufacture 20 foot and 40  foot variants and also 20 foot and 40 foot combination units for all port authorities around the world. Each cage manufactured comes complete with CE, SWL (Safe Working Load) and other appropriate certification visibly stamped to the cage and certificates supplied.

Bespoke cages can be designed and manufactured to tailor differing customers needs. The materials used range mostly from S355 steel and above to comply with legislation and all load bearing members are no less than 8mm thick.

Once manufactured all materials are shot blasted and primed prior to a paint system to suit a marine environment 200 micron to a colour of your choice.
