Overheight Frames

All Overheight frames are manufactured at our Head office in Gateshead where the appropriate man and machine power is available. We currently manufacture 20 foot and 40  foot Frames for all port authorities around the world. Each Frame manufactured comes complete with CE, SWL (Safe Working Load) and other appropriate certification visibly stamped to the cage and certificates supplied.

Overheight Frames can be fully automatic or manually operated dependent on customers requirements. The materials used range mostly from S355 steel and above to comply with legislation and all load bearing members are no less than 12mm thick.

Once manufactured all materials are shot blasted and primed ready for a 3 coat paint system 200 micron to BS 08E51 Golden Yellow.

Frames can be built to exceed above Max Working Load if required.
